Enrollment is open for the 2025-26 school year, with seats available for grades Preschool through Grade 11. Grade 12 seats will be available starting January 1, 2026.

Complete the Online Enrollment Form
Submit the Enrollment Form and Proof of Residency to officially start the process. Please ensure all required fields are completed accurately.

Application
Review
Once submitted, the school will review your application and contact you to confirm if space is available in your child’s grade level and whether the application has been accepted.

Submit Required Documents
Once accepted, families have 30 days to provide the necessary documentation. This includes birth certificate, immunization records (or an immunization exemption form), and any required transcripts/report cards. Documents may be submitted online or dropped off at the front office.

Orientation with School Leadership
The school will schedule an orientation with the Dean or Principal. During this meeting, families will discuss academic goals, explore school culture, and ensure a smooth and welcoming transition into PVCS.
High School Students
Prescott Valley Charter School partners with Yavapai College and Mountain Institute CTED to offer PVCS students the opportunity to graduate high school with their associate’s degree and a certification in an area of their choice.

Students complete Arizona high school graduation requirements on campus, with flexible schedules that allow them to travel off campus to attend YC or CTED courses. Tuition for these programs is covered by Prescott Valley Charter School.

November 15
Waitlisted applicants eligible to rollover to the following school year will be sent rollover instructions.
November 15 - December 31
Pre-registration for current students.
January 1 - March 31
Open enrollment for new applicants.
April 1
Lottery conducted for applications received during open enrollment for the upcoming school year, if applicable. Lotteries are open to the public, but applicants are not required or expected to attend. Time and location TBA.
April 15
Applicants notified of acceptance or waitlist status for the upcoming school year.
April 15 through the upcoming school year
Any person applying will still follow the same application process. If there is no waiting list in a particular grade level, admissions will review your application within 24 business hours and contact you with the next steps.
