Notice of Public Meeting:


Prescott Valley Charter School Governing Board


In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) § 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Prescott Valley Charter School community and the general public that the Governing Board will hold a public meeting as outlined below:

Public Comment:


Any call to the public or public comment must be made in person at the meeting location. The meeting room will open to the public 15 minutes prior to the meeting start time.

 

Executive Session Notice:


In accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A)(2) and (A)(3), the Board may vote to enter Executive Session—closed to the public—for legal advice related to any agenda item or to review confidential records protected by state or federal law.

 

Agenda Access:


A copy of the meeting agenda will be available at least 24 hours in advance by emailing a request to info@pvschool.com.
